1. Introduction Welcome to Traveling with Drampath. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and bookings. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Payments 2.1. All bookings are subject to availability. 2.2. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable before the travel date as per the specified deadline. 2.3. Payments must be made through approved methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.). 2.4. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, airline adjustments, and supplier policies.
3. Cancellation & Refunds 3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to applicable cancellation fees. 3.2. Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies and the timing of the cancellation. 3.3. Non-refundable bookings will not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Travel Documents & Requirements 4.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. 4.2. Drampath is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or other travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.
5. Travel Insurance 5.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. 5.2. Drampath is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.
6. Liability & Responsibility 6.1. Drampath acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, distilleries etc.). 6.2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or accidents caused by third-party providers. 6.3. Clients agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the booked services and destinations.
7. Changes & Amendments 7.1. Drampath reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. 7.2. Additional charges may apply for amendments requested by the client.
8. Force Majeure 8.1. Drampath is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Complaints & Disputes 9.1. Any complaints must be reported to Drampath in writing within 14 days of the travel completion. 9.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
10. Privacy Policy 10.1. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.2. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to facilitate travel arrangements.
11. Acceptance of Terms By making a booking with Drampath, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
